Maps of upcoming seal coating

Attention GO owners:

Below are maps associated of where the upcoming seal coating will be performed:

Phase 1 seal coat will be completed on Tuesday 10/10 and will consist of work being done on Oak Plaza Dr. from Park Place Dr. to Gabriel’s Loop

Phase 2 (date to be determined )will consist of seal coat being applied on Oak Plaza Dr. from Gabriel’s Loop to Park Place Dr. AND the Northern Half of the 2021 installed asphalt on Ridge View Dr.

During each Phase, the portion of road being Sealed will be shut off to traffic between 8AM-6PM. So for the affected residents on Oak Plaza will need to move their cars and park outside of the work area between the hours of 8AM-6PM if they will need to leave
