In case you missed the first notification earlier this week, yes we are having another "Gabriels Overlook - Cars and Coffee". It's tomorrow / Saturday morning 10/21 9a-11a. And yes, we'll have coffee and doughnuts. Please come down to the park and check out some real cool cars owned by your neighbors right here in Gabriels Overlook.
Gabriel’s Overlook – Board Meeting – October 19, 2023
A Board of Directors meeting has been scheduled for October 19, 2023 at 7:00 p.m., please see attached agenda for more information. Please note that the location of the meeting is the community room next to the parks and recs office located at 1101 N. College Street in Georgetown.
Upcoming Special and Regular Meetings – July 20th
A Special Meeting of all GO Members has been called on July 20, 2023, to consider and vote on the 2024 Special $1000.00 for funding scheduled road repairs. There will also be a regular Quarterly Board meeting at 8 pm following the special meeting. Attached is the initial notice that was sent previously, including the meeting agenda and a proxy for Members who cannot attend the meeting in person. Please submit your proxy by noon on July 20th if you are unable to attend to [email protected]
Upcoming Meetings – July 20th
There has apparently been some confusion about the GOPOA meetings next week on July 20. Please be aware that there are two meetings: 6:00 pm Special Members meeting to address a 2024 $1000 Special Assessment 8:00 pm Quarterly GOPOA Board Meeting All GO members are invited to attend both meetings. The meeting notices for the meetings are attached to this email.
